柳佳妘，台灣視覺設計師，畢業於國立臺灣藝術大學視覺傳達設計學系。擅長多樣化的插畫風格與平面設計，熱於學習跨領域知識，如動態設計、網站設計、編碼等，將其融合整併於創作中，激發更多可能性。
Chia-Yun is a visual designer focusing on Branding, Typography, Web, and illustration. Once studied at the National Taiwan University of Arts and majored in Visual Communication Design. She enjoys learning new skills and knowledge, such as web design, coding, motion graphics, etc. In order to explore new ideas by combining them together.
